Church Ignorance?
We all have heard of the news a while ago about the leadership of the Episcopalian Church conscencrating the first openly gay bishop. I have no clue where you are on this matter, however as a Christian I believe on the word of God as my source for truth as should all true Christians. The Bible clearly states that all homosexual relationships are evil.
1 Corinthians 6 : 9-10
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."
There it is, it clearly shows homosexual offenders with the long list of other obviously evil lifestyles. Fortunatly, many bishops of this church are planning on creating a "church within a church," because of this immoral desicion made by the top in the church. Read the article Here.
